We have a pretty cool line-up for the evening... sadly, we weren't able to secure Go-Karts... this year (but don't leave, WAIT, there's more!) - This years events line-up includes...
... and a lot more! So what's the deal? Basically, the grounds open at 5:30P. For your suggested donation of $5, you will receive a raffle ticket, and a paper bag (to hold all the stuff you'll be getting that night). Stickers are available for you to identify your bag as yours. A meal will be provided, as well as a beverage... and of course... lots of candy. Each activity we have lined up, guarantees that everyone will win something. But, there are lots of bonus challenges throughout the night which includes - gift cards, prizes from local retailers, and bigger-better candy (like, full-sized Snickers Bars and so on). For the meal, we will be making the tradition Stone Soup - and ask, for those that can, if they could bring one (1) can of their favorite vegetable (Corn, Beans, Carrots, and so on). A Live Awards Ceremony will start at 9:00PM, and run to 9:30PM with highlight videos, a special guest performance, and selected shorts! Afterwards - everyone is welcome to hang-out by the campfires, roast some marshmallows and just chill... For Those Interested in Participating in the "Bake Walk / Cake Walk" ... this is essentially, "Musical Chairs" - but with cookies, pies, and mini-cakes. We encourage participants to show off their mad-baking-skills by bringing a home-prepared creation... pies, cakes, cookies, brownies, cupcakes... essentially, anything that could be wrapped and shared on a small-sized paper/plastic plate. To compete in the "Bake Walk / Cake Walk" - all you need is a bakery item... the last person standing, get's a prize from the bakery table! For groups larger than 5 - we encourage you to let us know. For more information or questions - please feel free to contact us. ... we hope to see you there! :)

The FNL Harvest Party - is just days away, and we're still looking for great ideas to make this years Festival - a blast. Currently, we have the event full of games and activities for all ages... including a meal, as well as snacks and baked goodies as well. During our last board-meeting, the idea was put out that we would like to find some Go-Karts... or a Go-Kart vendor that could participate in the Festival.
... that's right, we're trying to get crazy-go-nuts-go-karts... but not just any Go-Karts... but those beefy-big-tire-deals for out in the country. Any ideas? Comment, or contact us with your leads! Due to the concerns of possible high winds, we have opted to cancel this Fridays (10/11/13) show, and will return - live - on Friday the 25th (10/25/13), with a special "Highlights" show from the days festival. The awards ceremony, as well as cameo band appearances, will be broadcast in this 30 minute special. For more information, please contact us.
We're getting ready for the Harvest Festival, an activities centered, event - scheduled for October 25th, starting at 4PM. Some of the challenges will include Sack-Races, Pumpkin Painting Contests, Cake-Walks, Bake-Offs, and much more... currently we're looking for volunteer participation, vendors and assistance.
To express interest in participation, contact us for more information. We will go live for a 30-minute show at the conclusion of the days event, with a highlights reel, awards ceremony, and live-music from select bands! We hope to see you there! |
